July Fourth, Independence Day, commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. The thirteen original colonies formed the United States of America, a brand new nation. Each year, citizens celebrate this special occasion with parades, fireworks, barbecues, games, and special events.

Parade, Magic Show, Food, and Fireworks please adults and children alike. In Jackman, Maine, the Fourth of July parade will be starting at 4:00 p.m. at Forest Hills School and ending at the Jackman Town Office grounds. The “Magical Moments Magic Show” will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Office grounds where there will also be food. And, of course, the colorful fireworks display will start at dusk. Watch the bright sparkles, flames, and shards of light as they boom and clap their way through the night sky. It’s sure to be a display you’ll remember, so join us for the Fourth festivities in Jackman, Maine!
